A publication grants project for foreign writers (phase two)

“The best books on China: start your reading here” is a CCTSS-sponsored publication grants project supporting foreign writers to write books offering a wide range of views, stories or research findings on different aspects of China, either contemporary or historical, cultural or literary, politic or economic, and more.

  Any foreign writers who are sinologists, journalists, scholars, critics or professional writers are welcomed to submit to CCTSS their writing outlines or sample draft (a draft must cover at least 50% of the entire contents of the book). Adopted writing plans will be provided with writing subsidies and opportunities to be published overseas and in China. Books are expected to be written in English or other common languages. Interested individuals could contact with publishers in China for grants appliaction.
